HR Finance Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities in HR Finance Operations
- Support all HR finance processes and collaborate closely with both HR and Finance teams for data integrity and workflow optimisation.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and related reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and maintain reports on budgets, payroll costs, and HR/Finance metrics to assist decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of all HR and finance systems.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with relevant legal, tax, and regulatory standards (including GDPR).
- Respond to employee and management queries on HR finance transactions with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with auditors, external bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations in the HR space.
- Participate in projects related to compensation, benefits, and financial reporting.
Requirements for HR Finance Operations Specialist
- Proven experience in HR finance, payroll administration, or operations support.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- High degree of responsibility and ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Confidence in working with HRIS, payroll software, and advanced Excel or reporting tools.
- Understanding of employment legislation, tax, and payroll principles.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
- Open and collaborative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
What Sets You Apart
- CIPD or finance/accounting certification (desired, not essential).
- Previous involvement in digital transformation or HR/Finance automation projects.
- Experience in a global or multi-country environment is a plus.
