We are looking for high-energy, goal-oriented Deputy CMO.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee brand management activities to ensure consistent positioning, tone, and identity across all channels and markets;
- Translate the CMO’s vision into actionable brand strategies that align with corporate objectives;
- Monitor market trends and brand performance to recommend strategic adjustments;
- Lead the sponsorship strategy in coordination with the sponsorship team;
- Ensure sponsorship initiatives align with brand positioning and contribute to long-term awareness and engagement goals;
- Evaluate sponsorship ROI and guide activation strategies for maximum impact;
- Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of brand awareness campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels;
- Coordinate closely with performance marketing teams to integrate awareness initiatives with customer acquisition and retention strategies;
- Establish KPIs for awareness campaigns and ensure reporting frameworks are in place;
- Provide leadership to creative and design teams, ensuring visual identity and creative outputs are on-brand and market-relevant;
- Implement efficient workflows between creative, brand, and media teams to streamline campaign production;
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and quality within the design and content teams;
- Act as the central point of coordination between brand, sponsorship, creative, and digital awareness teams;
- Ensure all initiatives are aligned in messaging, timelines, and goals, avoiding duplication and siloed efforts;
- Partner with other marketing functions (e.g., performance marketing, CRM, product marketing) to ensure brand alignment at all stages of the customer journey.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- 4-5 years of experience in brand marketing;
- Proven experience in a senior brand marketing role, ideally overseeing large-scale or multi-market brand initiatives;
- Strong creative vision combined with data-driven decision-making;
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with creative and design teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
