Requirements:

Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, Tableau, etc.) and ability to translate data into practical insights.

Proven experience planning and running A/B tests, analyzing results, and providing clear recommendations.

Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and hands-on experience collaborating with development, design, and QA teams.

Solid knowledge of UX fundamentals with the ability to identify user pain points and suggest improvements.

English level: Intermediate or higher.

Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to deliver clear, logical conclusions.

Nice to Have:

Experience conducting customer development interviews and user research.

Completed Product Management courses or certifications.

Responsibilities:

Conduct deep market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.

Analyze user behavior throughout the funnel to identify conversion gaps.

Generate strong, data-backed hypotheses to improve product and conversion metrics.

Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience.

Work closely with design, development, analytics, QA, and marketing teams for fast and efficient delivery.Continuously monitor key product metrics and identify areas for improvement.
