Responsibilities

- Setting up and launching bonus offers for the Pre-VIP player segment;
- Analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports;
- Planning, conducting, and implementing A/B tests;
- Segmenting the user base across various campaigns;
- Developing and proposing new engagement mechanics.

Requirements

- Understanding of key business metrics: MAU, Turnover, GGR, Retention Rate, etc.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with CRM systems.
