Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy
● Build and own the global Digital strategy with adaptation for local markets.
● Develop a unified Brand-Performance framework and define clear KPIs.
Traffic Acquisition
● Lead traffic acquisition through the Risk/Traffic team.
● Approve annual / quarterly / monthly traffic plans.
● Monitor traffic quality and results; scale or optimize based on ROI and performance insights.
Brand & Creative
● Partner with the Promo/Creative team to develop funnels and brand-aligned creatives.
● Ensure all visual and messaging outputs follow brand strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with CRM (bonuses, promo codes), Product, Finance, Legal, and Analytics and Marketing team.
● Ensure data-driven processes, transparent reporting, and predictable workflows.

Requirements
● 7+ years in Digital Marketing / Performance / Growth (ideally iGaming).
● Strong background in acquisition, analytics, and Brand-Performance synergy.
● Experience working with multiple markets and cross-functional teams.
● Strong ownership of KPIs, budgets, and performance processes.
● Excellent leadership and communication skills.
