VIP Account Manager

We are expanding our VIP division and looking for a VIP Account Manager who will work with key clients, provide a high level of service, and support players across all matters related to the product, transactions, and personalized offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming requests via messengers, chats, and email.
  • Providing prompt assistance with account, gameplay, bonus, and payment-related questions.
  • Delivering a personalized and high-quality customer experience.
  • Crediting bonuses and applying template-based bonus setups.
  • Working with reports and data uploads to analyze client activity.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase engagement and retention among VIP clients.

Candidate Requirements

  • Ukrainian — fluent.
  • Knowledge of Hungarian, Italian, or German would be a plus
  • Experience in customer support (preferably with VIP or premium-segment clients).
  • Understanding of basic iGaming financial metrics
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Stress resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, non-standard thinking — ability to find solutions beyond typical scripts.
  • Strong orientation toward service quality and results.
